       @SpoopyAnon every time i look at that case it's super clowny.  nothing surprises me anymore.the witness you quoted has a pending suit against the city so he cant lie haha.the car dealership testimony its seemed like the defender caught him lying too.  everyone has conflicted interests.

       @ride @SpoopyAnon This case makes me question everything about a working legal system, because at the end and based on Barnes opinion, he can still go to prison.He can still be found guilty if the juries say so. All of this is basically a show and it always is for all cases, because according to Barnes, the jury have already made up their mind before opening statements. And yet Barnes, the same person saying this who has a ton of experience with trials, claims the US Justice system is the best in the world. If this is the best the world has to offer, I'd rather wait on my Lord to pass judgement than us mortals.
