Grosskreutz chased Rittenhouse down as part of a mob of BLM & ANTIFA Rioters & when he caught up with him, just moments after Rittenhouse fatally shot Anthony Huber Grosskreutz POINTED HIS HANDGUN at Rittenhouse but the gun appears to have failed to fire.He then raised both hands then suddenly LEPT FORWARD to try & disarm Kyle.There are numerous reports of Gaige wishing he'd "mag dumped" (emptied his pistol) into Kyle.The prosecution is in SHAMBLES.

@DuaneCates that goes against everything that students are taught in concealed carry class, which I have taken twice. You are taught that you cannot start the fight. You are taught that while you may not legally have to, it is wise to retreat whenever possible. Violence is only legally backed to save your own life and the life of others. Gaige Grosskreutz was extremely likely to commit murder. Rittenhouse was defending himself from every video I’ve seen. He is extremely lucky to be alive today.

They must be seriously worried about the rioters and arsonists coming after them if they appear not to do anything. @pamby1 @StephanieAnneLR @DuaneCates I am not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV....but wrongful arrest is a thing. He should have no problem recovering his legal fees and damages, I would think. But he would have to show that they knowing went forward with the case even though they knew he did not break the law. I think. If he can show THAT, then we could probably get some punitive damages. If not, then they would quietly settle a case with him to cover his losses/ not admit wrongdoing

@Argentum47 after they found Chauvin guilty on all charges, nothing will surprise me in this environment.
