@Godcast Luke 8:40-56Why doesn't God just show up and do some miracles so everyone believes?Literally did that. Heals a dying girl, heals a woman gushing like a stuck pig just by being touched by her. Then He says He's going to raise someone from the dead and they laugh. Christ, at this point has been tearing it up with miracle after miracle, everyone has heard the stories. And they laugh and they doubt, and then they kill Him. If the OT is a chronicle of jewish fuckups, then the NT is like a deep dive version on yet another fuckup that everyone saw coming. Oh but this time would be different lol. What would the penalty be for raising from the dead a man who was wrongfully executed by the State?
