@SkatyG @icare4america I think OBiden knew that the mandates would be stopped in its track, maybe that's the reason OSHA was taking forever to put it in writting?......No document, nothing tangible to take to court. The mandate was intended to be pushed by corporate who were ready to roll it out, but needed a way to legitimize it. Obiden did a head fake and corporate rolled it out without a delay. The damage is done and very hard to reverse. Any liability from jab injury will be impossible to prove and the responsibility will be somewhere between the corporate who will point finger on the fed and fed which will point finger on the corporate. In the mean time applicants will be expected to disclose their medical records as employment is becoming a privilege.

Many business still can’t even find enough people to meet bare minimum staffing and are having to slash their hours in half or remain closed on multiple normal business days. That is not a state where you can say having a job is a privilege.What are you talking about with small business being crushed by regulations? I’m a small business owner. We were crushed by the governor not letting us open our doors and do business. That’s not regulation: that’s executive action. If you are under 10 employees and don’t work in food prep, there is hardly any government regulation that affects you.If you lost your job, all you learned was your job was shit. And if it’s that shit they won’t find anyone to replace you and they will die. Good. Get another job or start your own business. The opportunities are out there if you are going to work.

For all the people that spent their lifetime working in professions that offer very few opportunities to be self employed the advice is to unsubscribe from Netflix and stop eating avocados because the local restaurant is hiring for a dish washing position with $500 bonus. Governors executive order holds as much water as a legislation as long as it's enforced by armed man knocking at your door. Your house of cards even if it's build by less then 10 man with no food prepping have been effected by the fascist policies (probably more then one). You now have a liability barrier between your assets and your business assets.Now go find something that no one wants to do anymore but there is still a need for. Make sure it does not have a regulatory body governing one’s ability to do it. Lots of things fall into this category from repair work to crafts. Get good at it, and then go around to people who need the service and offer to provide your service for half the market rate.Now prepare to suffer really, really fucking hard for two to five years.Whenever you have a full slate and are turning away jobs, begin raising your prices until you are no longer turning away jobs. Repeat until you are so old you no longer can work or have enough money that you do not want to work.Congratulations. You created your own job.

I had to work some weeks in an Amazon wage cage to slow the losses when we couldn't open our doors.
