I don't even understand why is there not a high moral guard for people like them. If this keeps up, there are going to be more minors getting groomed.

@Lainyboy I wish I knew what to say. Obviously I care about you and want to see you do what makes you happy, and I wish that meant not leaving the fediverse.The only suggestion I can think of is to start new. Create a new account and dont tell people who you are other than a few people you might trust. Then maybe people will leave past mistakes behind you. I believe in forgiveness. If a person said or did something that hurt others, and they recognize that was wrong and try to change, then I will absolutely respect and support them. I dont know what it is you did in the past or what specifically people attack you for but I am sorry they arent focusing on who you are rather than mistakes you made.I can understand and relate tot he liberal thing as I saw some of that too. I tend to be centrist with a slight left lean. This generally gets me a lot of hate from a lot of sides and the FSE crowd I know you have a connection to often is very intolerant of views that arent on the extreme end of the spectrum. I saw alot of them go from praising me to talking shit on me too. Luckily for me I never really had much respect for the way the FSE crowd handled themselves so it didnt effect me much. But I do understand if people like them and others on the fedi (like POA) attacking you for liberal lean might be very painful.I guess ill just ask, is there anything I can do to help you whether that means you leaving or staying, if I can help I'd be happy to do so.@pernia @redneonglow @georgia @lnxw37a2

@Lainyboy I cant speak much to pedos on the fediverse. I havent had much involvement in those circles obviously. But if your telling me there is a problem with pedos praying on minors on the fedi then that is very concerning indeed.I'd urge you if you saw any predidation on minors on the fedi to please anonymously call them out (or not anonymously) so me and others can be aware. I'd also suggest police involvement if it is really at that point (im not one to resort to police usually but pedophilia is a concerning line).@pernia @redneonglow @georgia @lnxw37a2

And I have seen a suscpiously large rise of pedo instances making themselves a pedo community, which is dangerous. So I think that the FBI should be taking down those instances because as you know pedophiles don't deserve a voice because they psychologically destroyed our societal morality.

@Lainyboy Its a tricky subject matter legally sometimes and perhaps morally. There are instances that basically act as support groups for MAPs where rape or sexual interaction with minors is strictly forbidden. Then there are instances where pedophilia is encouraged and acted upon. Its important to recognize these are very different things.long and short of it. if youve ever seen a post or anything to suggest that an instance supports sexual interaction minors, then yes, the FBI should be shutting them down. and we should all be appalled. If on the other hand it is more of a support group for MAPs where such activity is strictly against the rules then there isnt much the FBI can do, and in those case its questionable how we as individuals should respond as well.@pernia @redneonglow @georgia @lnxw37a2
