@Tiggy How's the pizza? I did my stretches and forced myself out for a walk to procure supplies. Gruellingly unpleasant weather here. Always fun watching Waking the Dead for the third time while worrying that I'm almost done Season 8 and there's only Season 9 left! Now to eat chicken soup for the 31st+ day in a row. The chicken soup in Mexico was amazing though. I'm craving human company too but afraid my friends will get sick of putting up with my high anxiety. :blobawkward:

@Tiggy I did hours of walking for errands. I really needed to get out of the house and get some exercise. Then I bought myself gluten-free dessert so I probably just erased all the calorie-burning, but oh well, it was good. I hope your day today was quieter and less stressful than yesterday.

@Childfree sounds like a nice time. I try not to think of it like erasing calorie burning.. think of it as replenishment and then some 😏 today was alright. Less stressful than yesterday for sure. Just the usual though I've avoided anyone doing drugs in the bathroom today so that's great except they get mad when I say it's out of order. Hey well I'm not clean up after that lol

@Tiggy define "more important". Some of my work has a certain urgency to it, but, if grocery store clerks don't work, I find it hard to eat. If the roads are not maintained, I find it hard to get to my urgent job. If the housekeepers at my job left, nosocomial infections would skyrocket. And, don't even let me start on about the plumbers!!We're all interconnected, is what I'm saying.

@Childfree yeah it is. They get really mad sometimes. And I do feel bad because you can't tell if they truly need to use the bathroom or If they just need to shoot up. But they make huge massive biohazard messes and there's a chance I'm going to walk in on someone ODing in the bathroom and I would really rather not walk in on someone ODing in the bathroom..

@Tiggy Not the best Saturday, but could be worse. My partner had a rage meltdown over something trivial yesterday and shook me up (no physical violence, but it is implied). I didn't get anything done that I wanted to do, I didn't get enough sleep and was a lump in class this morning. I enjoyed the company of my peers, though, and felt better afterward. My partner also feels bad and told me he'd go to therapy. He has VA benefits, he just has to use the damn things. On the positive side, I have a great job assignment now with steady work for several years, so I have leverage if he slacks off. He's a good guy, but messed up and (like myself and many others) drags his feet when confronting his inner demons. He knows I have his back, but it's still traumatic. I really hope I don't have to leave, but this is a hard limit. I know he doesn't want me to leave, so we'll see what his commitment level is. I just bought us a new refrigerator, and he's a house-proud kind of guy, so there's the carrot right there!😂🥕

@EmmaFaber @Tiggy Thanks, I have good reason to believe it will. He's the first guy I've been with who really listens to me and adjusts his behavior accordingly, to the best of his abilities. He has some serious issues though, and they will be hard to overcome even with help. I've still got issues I need to work on, but our mutual desire to improve will be a big help. Excelsior!!!

@Babayaga I had to go buy a little pry bar and it made the job so much easier. Before I was trying to hammer a chisel between the boards to separate them enough to hammer them back down and make the nail heads pop up enough to grab them with a claw hammer. Needless to say, it wasn't a great method! @Tiggy
