       @neanderthalsnavel it's launching a pop-up saying to install Everyone?Maybe it's some sort of secondary tier of the emergency notification system like for abducted kids and stuff?   If you get this regularly I think I would shut off those type of notifications and see if it keeps coming in.

       @neanderthalsnavel its baked into the android settings for a while. Essentially some idiot has this app, this app finds the mac addresses of everyones wifi and bluetooth (and potentially cellular modem) and when you work it out on a timeline of who was in close contact.Now, I have this setting off. I still got contacted because I'm 2 removed from someone with the app who tested pos cause that dipshits phone is pinging other phones who have this setting on and it gobbles up everything.
