@GreenZeta Same. I felt like death. My last flu was 7 years ago. I binged watched/slept through LOTR. So how's it different from covid? I heard it attacks more lung tissue? 🤷♀️

@TekgurlUnplugged It's the same every time. Slow run up for 4-5 days. Then completely non-functional for about 24 hours. Then I pass out and 8 hours later i wake up feeling like a million bucks. He took the drugs during that last part. It was pure coincidence.

@GreenZeta I had what he described back in 2012. I could barely walk to the mailbox before getting out of breath. Lost almost 20 lbs at the time.Docs didn't know what I had and just prescribed the normal flu like meds. I had to change my clothes/blankets a couple times per day as although I felt cold I was sweating a ton.After a few weeks of rest and fluids I finally recovered. Took several months before I was able to add weight back on.

@GreenZeta Since this, ahem, pandemic started people seem to have entirely forgotten what a bad case of what we call flu can be like. If you got a rough bout of it you powered through as best you could sweat shakes and all without crowing about it and chasing down unproven injections. Times change, fast
