       That's a species of mantis which have evolved down the line of natural mimicking. It's to deceve other potential preditors of the mantis to not go for it since it looks like a wasp and a lot of preditors know to not bother with wasps since they cane be dangerous. This fenomena happens multiple time in nature, for example; there is a spider that mimics an ant and for the same reason as the mantis. Ants just like wasp can be very dangerous to preditors and therfore the preditors try to avoid it
