@SusanInVA The only thing that I think might be something we ought to look at is making election day a holiday. But that means no marathon voting. One day only and you get to have the day off.

@umad80Good point. I am fine with holiday as long as in exchange they take a couple holidays off the list that is already too long. The govt needs to work! I worry this vote day holiday also could lead to other voting reforms and changes that they want. Now on the other hand if assists in making deal to stop mail-ins then GREAT!!!

@Jajngn She has issues, but she can do what she wants on this. They needed 10 votes. She gave them one. She had a section in the bill she wrote for Indians' voting rights.We will see what happens at re-election time for her in 2023. She is on several Commitees and heads a few of them. She is one of the weaker links in the GOP.
