That is the problem people have, regardless if it is truly "fascist" like Italy exactly was. Do you have a definition of fascism you would like to share that is not "what Italy did in the 1930s-40s?" In broader terms, it is closer to fascism than other systems.

Imagine a pre-employment questionnaire that asked if you had diabetes? I know in interviews, I've been trained never to ask about kids, marital status, age or anything that could potentially be seen as an way to discriminate (unless they volunteer it first).That's also why pre-existing conditions don't apply to group/employer health policies.
