"Infiltrate state GOP and purge the RINOs that are universally hated by its voters" is a good idea and can find you good people for the former. "Build cool things on the internet and help people interested in same" is also good, and can create capable, tight-knit specialist organizations.Ultimately, what is needed is tutorials on accomplishing things. If someone has created a mannerbund, a tutorial on how helps. If someone who's been successful in getting a good position in GOP and using it for good things has basic instructions, that helps (obviously preserve opsec). Likewise, people who have unique skills (machine learning, 1337 haxor shit, etc.) are encouraged to share. Concrete "here is how to do something good" stuff is what catches on, what makes the system seem less invincible, and what gets people doing your kind of thing. In the area of mannerbunds, the ruling class has gone out of its way to try to prevent them. Anon stories about setting them up would be useful, considering that most people on our side of things are, as one samizdat writer said, are either tech autists of some stripe or disenfranchised combat vets, and neither of those groups starts out with strong connections.I'm a bit young and don't have major experience beyond fucking with a pretty big leftie group online until they disabled their report button for about a year, but I'm a decent programmer who knows ML, and my DMs are open to anyone that wants to learn that.

That’s exactly backwards.  You start locally, IRL, with people who you don’t know.  You join the group, you do the hard work of integrating, and then you identify your like-minded mutuals.  Then you connect them all with alt-tech for communication and coordination.High tech is easier, has lower barriers to entry, is more efficient, and scales much better.  But it’s also fragile.  Low tech relationships are harder to find, create, and maintain; but they are more robust and harder to infiltrate.  Online connections are low value, IRL connections are high value.The real filter here is between people who are willing to go out and do the hard, time-consuming, low tech work; and the people who want the comfort and dopamine hits of doing it all online.

       @NotAFederalAgent That's an option in small towns/suburbs, and in rural areas in general. It's not universally applicable, and it misses steps - getting people to a point where they're roughly aligned with you politically is something I'm personally decent at, but standard tutorials or war stories on 'how I got my group of frens to start training boxing and gradually turn rightwards' are useful to many and good for morale. Old 8pol had them, and they were great content. On the political side, there's more to it than running for office (plus, what does someone do when they get in? Charismatic people aren't always the best at writing laws, and existing organizations generally succeeded by writing up drafts of the laws they want and passing them on to politicians they donate to). There's always benefit to a detailed story (though balance must be struck with opsec).As for offering skills, that's a good framework, but implementation is where issues are. I can think of strategies, and I try things where I can (working on something now), but people writing war stories about past successes is, again, vital to morale and helpful to organization.

I'll give an example: a popular /pol/ thread back in the day was for stickerings. It was a whole, minute arms race, the process was visible, and, as a result, newbies who would otherwise be doing nothing got into it, posted results, and helped refine the process. A similar deal occurred when LARPing became America's national sport for the first half of 2017 (before the Left realized it was getting its ass kicked by 10-12 random local boomers whenever it showed up anywhere, and called in police support). Anons shared fighting and organizing tips, optimized their process, and so on. It still happens with research into various things, and the process I describe could be turned in other directions as well. Anons share tips, refine them, and put them into practice while developing brief, clean info that can get newfags initiated quickly. The Right isn't the Left; we don't have patrons on high, nor a multibillion dollar talent pipeline for every conceivable kind of activism. What we do have is better raw personnel, and giving them a direction and the motivation to see it through generally gets us results that are far and away better than the Left's.I'm not individually asking you for tutorials on things, I'm saying it's beneficial for /ourguys/ to outline the processes in easily spreadable, memeable form, so that people outside of ultra-high-agency anons who have been around for years can start doing things. Politics how-tos for recently radicalized boomers (not saying they should run for office, they should run for committee positions. The guy who became twitter-famous for talking about anime tiddies proves that the job has a low bar). The idea is to get momentum in a domain and spread it until it becomes hegemonic, not to take control of a specific local area.On the subject of moving to a safe area, I get you. A lot of people are too invested, and ruling them out denies us friendly people (as you said, we all end up in the same foxhole at the end of it). It also splits people who think it all collapses in the next year from people who think the system has another decade in it. When I speak here, I speak in aggregate - scale is a factor, and getting the millions of people who are paralyzed by despair right now to do something productive.
