@Lemonhead I got pneumonia also 2 days after Covid symptom onset, so local doc also prescribed Z-pak and good probiotic.

@Lemonhead All the best to them. Most just get through it. Not trying to be light about it, but it was nowhere near as debilitating as the true flu (Influenza A) I got a decade ago. That thing put me into bed inoperable for 2 weeks. With Covid, could function throughout, though uncomfortable with a bit longer clearing of all symptoms - 3-4 weeks.Out of the 5 of my family got it - son and daughter in early 20's, me in early 50's, and my parents in 2nd half of 70's. @Lemonhead When in hospital, she got a steroid inhaler to open lungs, easy nasal oxygen (small potatoes compared to a ventilator), and Remdisivir. Just to wrap up the story.
