I was thrown off recently by GNOME 40 not providing minimize buttons by default. I've used GNOME Tweaks to get them back for now, but it made me curious as to what a workflow without minimization is supposed to look like. The GNOME Tour didn't explain this.

@flavonol I am currently using gnome 3.34-36 and I don't see or use minimise buttons either.I mainly at most 2-3 programs at once, and all of them full screen. So only one program is visible at any moment.Even if some program is not full screen, and I can see the background app, I mainly ignore it. Along with this, when I see things getting too crowded I move it to other workspaces.

Okay, I'm giving the default window bar settings a shot. I'll maximize/unmaximize with keyboard shortcuts or double-clicks & switch workspaces instead of minimizing.
