@MissLane He basically said clenching fists and flailing them clenched and alternating helps people with Dementia and memory loss temporarily remember what was just said or helps recall an answer to a question. @MrKnowles In 2001 I was on a Fishing boat out of Jacksonville and we ended up in 15-20 ft swells, I got seasick bad...all the boys did not know what to do, they called CG, they came out & got me, but my was heart racing around 190... They could not get it come down. In ambulance the paramedic said try & make like you are taking a shit really hard. So I did & remember him saying that did it... never lost consciousness, every test in book, nothing wrong ever since.. Found out that can do it.

@icare4america @SomeLadyinVA @MrKnowles Back when I worked in the anesthesia office for the VA, Common to hear of sponge counts the OR & anesthesia called lap sponges (if memory is good), loosely woven white cotton, soft absorbent cloth, & disposable, used to soak up blood inside the body during invasive surgical procedures. At end of procedure&prior to closing incision, they always reconcile lap sponges by doing a count, accounting for every single sponge. Maybe another name for lap head.
