@alex @curtis I can recommend a great registered agent in Wyoming, if you want to run things that way. No corporate tax, no filing requirements, no requirement to disclose shareholders. Only thing you'd be on the hook for is whatever the globalists decide to raise the Federal corporate tax rate to (it's currently 21% but with deductions you'll pay less; I typically run around 18% - but I make money with my corporation).

@alex @curtis ok, as someone in a similar situation as you with communick (and about to pivot): - no need to dissolve one company to create another, unless you want a non-profit. - the money is not in retail, it is on enterprise. We should not try to sell it as an alternative to Twitter/Facebook, but Slack/Yammer.- (lack of) identity portability is what makes people not to invest in fediverse hosting. I think we can collab on it, just look at that ENS idea.
