2/Now, DROP doesn't have any issues with supplements and definitely encourages people to use them. Americans before the pandemic were woefully vitamin deficient. I've always said "never underestimate the laziness of the american people). However, when the pandemic did hit, the vitamin section of my pharmacy was flying off the shelves. It was great to see people taking their health more seriously. This is one of the new pandemic habits that I hope is here to stay even after the pandemic is over

The most dangerous one being of course that if you take these supplements, you don't need to vaccinate.No serious medical professional will recommend this to you. 4/supplements and vaccination as an either/or dichotomy is a deadly fallacy. When it comes to diseases and viruses, you need to look at it as ALL OUT WAR between your body and the forces of multiple diseases in this world. Now, if you are going to battle, do you make a choice between equipment? "ahh, i already have body armor, i don't need a helmet" "I already have a rifle, I don't need a sidearm". No. you want to go to battle as well prepared as you can.

5/Another fallacy to be mindful of is the people who think the more they take, the more it will boost their immune systems. While it is extremely difficult to overdose on vitamins, taking more than the recomended daily dose does not translate to better results. Your body can only take so much and the extra usually just goes right back out. So you are really just spending money on expensive pee

6/I also just want to warn everyone to be careful of the grifters. You know the ones that tell you to not take the vaccines and then guide you to expensive immune boosting formulations that they are selling themselves. These people need to promote the idea that it's a dichotomy because otherwise, no one would buy their overpriced shit.

7/Which leads me to another myth of vitamin branding. All vitamins are essentially the same. While some come in combinations, there is no difference between say a combo trivitamin with 500 mg of vitamin C, 1000u of vitamin D, and 250mg of vitamin b-12 with individual bottles of each ingredient. All I'm suggesting is that if you do want to boost your immune system through supplements, there is absolutely no need for you to spend 60 dollars per month on some fancy sounding vitamin combo. You can buy these separately straight from your local pharmacy. Shop around for the best prices. You will save a lot of money.

9/ It is quite interesting to me that the anti-vax crowd claim big pharma is in some giant money grabbing conspiracy to keep cheap drugs from getting approved. The vaccines cost 20 bucks and you only need 1 booster(2 if you are in certain demographics). Yet they are perfectly fine with tossing away 60 bucks a month on these "miracle" vitamin combinations. If you took this crap the entire pandemic, you already threw away nearly 1000 dollars.

15/Now of course, some pharmacies might mark it up a bit. Especially since these things are in such high demand these days. But even if they charge double, you are still paying way less than 60 bucks for the fancy Z stack and you get much more pills than a 1 month supply. At DROP's pharmacy, you walking out with this stuff for no more than 30 bucks.

Vitamins are good if you’re deficient in some of the important ones. Get a blood test and find out. I take a decent multivitamin.My hemoglobin went from 11 to a 24.

@watch4thedrop there's no substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle.. But, in light of COVID and knowing the benefits of Vitamin D and C for your overall immune health I did purchase some immune support gummies. They are not 100% of my daily recommended but that's okay cause the rest I can get from my diet. Hence the word, supplement. 😁

@watch4thedrop Believe it or not Floridians are low in vitamin D.Not sure if it’s true but they say lay in the sun for 20 minutes without eyeglasses because vitamin D penetrate through the eyes I don’t know. That’s what my sister said.Either that or your retinas will get burned out.😂

@watch4thedrop Not really. People like to box things in that they don't understand. Pyramids and Ponzis try to sell something for nothing. Money is exchanged for promises of more money, w/o products or services. Home based businesses offer real products and services. Legal Shield was the first company to offer legal insurance of any kind. Neora offers skincare and wellness products. @BlkLdyPatriot Yes, Legal Shield is a great company. I was totally against MLM when I first met Mr Wzi, because I didn't understand them. Now, I think they are a great way for people to have an extra income, or, like Mr Wzi, do it full time, but it's not for everyone. I can't do it, for one. But it was a wonderful business during the pandemic. It's all done on the internet, and when people weren't working (but wanted to) they were able to do this. @watch4thedrop @LuizLibonati

@watch4thedrop Since I had a certain surgery 5 years ago, I’m required to take a fair number of supplements. Good to know I’ve been doing it right. Your info was most helpful not to be lured by the combos.
