       I have been thinking on the Alec Baldwin bull shit today. If I accidentally shot a lady and injured another, I would be in county lockup. However Baldwin has not been arrested and there are, as of right now, no charges. It must be nice to be a rich mother f*cker

       @filergj his goose is cooked.  No safety protocols.  He’s co-director.  I’m sure he was aware of these problems and probably did nothing.

       @filergj You're probably right.  Technically the law is that Baldwin (or you) should NOT be arrested in this situation. If everyone agrees it was an accident (a negligent act) then it was not a crime (an intentional act). Crimes are intentional harmful acts and if you don't have both intent and harm it's not supposed to be a crime, not supposed to be arrestable.
