@ObligateSpinster @DontLetMenSayBitch27 @Starlit_Fire Oh I hope it didn't come off that way, but it's the fact that we are so tolerant and accepting of people getting these terrible surgeries all over their faces and bodies, that it's so normalized so quickly (because the industry is a moneymaker). But if you showed these people to humans that had NOT been socialized to accept it as normal, they would freak the hell out. Because these are not natural proportions for the human body yet even our standards for our species is being warped. Young girls are growing up and thinking that these plastic surgery proportions are natural, are good... It's a recipe for disaster when we become so consumed by an industry.
