@Moon @Arcana Yeah there's a complete denial of the history in Xinjiang too, like how they tried to revolt against China and China has seen them as like a political risk because of it. They don't just find "people who need work skills" to put in the "skill development centers", it's always people that are outspoken activists who are deemed a political threat.
