@Auberzine I do it based on estimates, but I use sugar and cinnamon water and applesBut the main thing is to heat the apples up gradually when cooking them

@becassine I just had applesauce for the first time in years. It was pretty good. It helped that the only other food I'm allowed to have is white rice, white bread, and chicken with no salt

@Binkle @becassine This sucks. You'll be on the old "BRAT" diet. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast. It does work. I had what I thought was some norovirus over the weekend, and I had to eat a similar diet for a couple of days, but nothing so serious.
