Still having a tough time finding quality software jobs where the company doesn't slather its recruitment page in SJW diversity BS. Some of them even said you agree to follow the Code of Conduct upon being hired. Lefty millenials just trash everything they touch and bring their dumb ideas from socially stifled college clubs to company boardrooms and then to government. If you don't sign up for the groupthink from the get-go, you're constantly harassed.

@nik @dielan @hector I do think a lot of the ideas are actually bad but not because actual diversity is bad but more like the business version of "you can be right but still be an asshole and nobody wants to be your friend" if that makes any sense.

@hector This whole diversity malarkey seems to be a loss-prevention measure, from what I've seen and understood.The party that causes the biggest loss is the hawkish lawyers by way of making legal fees for a fight that is usually either tipped in the favour of the lawyer that started the trial. It's sort of how like Intellectual property trolls tend to win the most frivolous suits.
