Both images were chosen because it mentions Dominion (the pre-approved 'fact' is Dominion did no wrong doing), the first contains Jesus, and the second is hyperbole. The defendant's opinion of how the election was conducted at that time in December doesn't actually matter.

Postmaster General for example is at least one case that basically said you could receive commie propaganda in the mail, in this case Chinese state media. What they can do however if they want to form a case against you is to find things that are technically legal to own and use them as proof you're going to be a terrorist. It's one thing if you're owning a Nazi flag or German WWII memorabilia as part of some military LARP context or a copy of Turner Diaries because you're studying it (Amazon sells it for this reason). But if you've been making anti-government posts on the internet and the feds decide to raid you and find those, you're fucked. @TapWaterAddict @LouisConde Thank you for reminding just how much I hate feds.Several states, I think Missouri was pioneering it, are working on a law to the effect ignoring any federal restriction on the 2nd amendment and making it legal for state police to arrest feds trying to investigate or serve such warrants in the state.I hope the ball gets rolling on that soon so it gets widely adopted. You have free rein to hold whatever arms you wish because it is recongized the general populace up there would be the only fighting force should say Russia decide to invade.And yes feds love stepping over states rights but the intent of these new laws if they can get established and enforced is to make states hostile territories for feds to operate in should they be trying to enforce any firearms regulations. Yes perhaps it is just hopefulness but over a dozen states were working on such laws last I checked so there definetly seems to be a local will to push back against the feds.
