       FB DNS outage is odd beyond belief.This just does not happen. Not an attack. Administratively, a mistake would takes seconds or minutes to resolve.Getting taken down happens to little companies who forget to pay their domain host.

       This is a top level DNS issue. There are only a few top level DNS servers. They have been privatized. I think Google owns one.
