       @EarlThePearls If I might make a suggestion.Take roast off grill or move to other side. Leave potatoes on a higher temp and close the lid. They’ll get nice and toasty. Hope it helps . ❤️

       this grill has the 3 burners going lengthwise.  Took some getting used to.  The center is good, as you can run the front and/or back burners to get hot without dripping straight onto flames.On a warm day the thing will heat up close to 700 F

       @EarlThePearls I once sat down at a place in Singapore where they offered clay pot rice. When they said it would take 30 minutes or more, I knew I was in the right place. I ordered a beer, and they poured it over ice. Yeah, it was hot and humid.When it arrived, it was everything I had dreamed of. And it came with a round scraper, to get the crispy bits off of the bottom of the clay pot.
