       @weareallgonnadie That is super duper interesting. Per order of the FDA Amazon removed all N-acetyl cysteine supplements and Halodine povidone iodine nasal spray because both were recommended for C19 prophylaxis. I wonder if they'd actually honor an IVM Rx.

       @valentina @weareallgonnadie It's the same thing, just a higher dosage. I assume since IVM is usually used in the US for rare cases of parasites (often in children), pretty much a one and done thing, higher doses have been unnecessary to stock. Coof prophylaxis/treatment requires repeated/higher doses. For prophylaxis the FLCCC recommends 0.2 mg/kg TWICE A WEEK in high-risk environments. That could get pricey at $4.55 per 3 mg tablet (especially for bigger folks).
