(But let's be real here, if you're running linux you're at least a tiny-bit technologically literate)For instance, Easy-Anticheat is notorious for being the prime reason why a lot of good games are unable to play on linux even if the game itself is perfectly fine. Very recently, they added the option for compatibility with wine/proton and many developers are starting to jump shark. My favorite go-to game, "Warhammer: Vermintide 2", has its developers considering to add linux compatibility, despite it nearly being 3 years post-launch. A bit late, but better late than never.Personally I think this is great. I'd love to jump ship from windows to linux if my games become Linux compatible.
