       @rageThe only server that does everything right is the one of #racket - the moderation is top notch and community is very helpful. They also have like 1 offtopic channel... where people still post things related to Racket. On C# server I saw with a glance a whole section of offtopic rooms, like, what? - do people cant find a server to discuss their interests in cats and would do that on a  programming server???
