@Jaime Good morning Jamie love... I turned in early last night, before 8pm... surprise! Other than letting Bones out I slept through the night, I awoke about 6:45am, it was amazing 😊... going to try and keep it up... I missed the meet so I have some catching up to do... you have so many beautiful flowers I can see why you attract so many beautiful butterflies, I'm happy it makes you happy love... @Jaime It was very small... I'm not a big breakfast eater either, I prefer to eat this for dinner, but if I can squeeze in a small brunch I'm supposed to try... I normally eat one meal a day, but Dr says that if I can't do 3 squares I need to try 2 meals and 2 sm snacks... she's bossy, I'm trying it out today... just had my two snacks together a cup of tea and a sliver of pie... was going to have an apple but I ended up giving it to Bones, he loves apples... getting a treadmill before winter.

@Jaime I love to walk, but in the winter I don't get to as much as I would like, and the sidewalks are somewhat unpredictable from house to house as far as being icy or snow covered with ice you can't see until you bust your arse... 😳... which is what was responsible for the sciatica, that keeps me inactive and imo unable to tire myself out sufficiently to sleep as well as I could... I'm thinking Bones would get a kick out of it too (or maybe I would get a kick out of watching him on it 😁)...

@Jaime I'm definitely looking forward to it for sure, at this point I don't know which models are more beneficial to the others, or even what to look for... but I am excited... Jaime, I took your advice and talked to my Dr, she's still on maternity leave right now but, she was willing to do a conference call... not overdoing it was at the very top of her list of things to avoid, "it's what got you here in the first place remember" 🙄 second baby made her moody😂... slow and steady wins the race.

@MEMA I wouldn’t have a clue about those things either. I’m not sure if a Dick’s Sporting Goods would have those? I hope you have someone to put it together. I would think any walking is beneficial. Start small you could always go to a different model down the road sure you like it first before you invest a lot of money.So she said nothing about an epidural or a referral?

@Jaime Yes, but not yet, I want to make sure that that's what we're really looking at and I have made some good progress by exercise, ice, ibuprofen, and much by not overdoing, which is what I usually do... she did talk about the pain center which I am familiar with, it's a very good if that's what I need... my dear daughter and I can put it together, she has her dear father's mechanical skills, and I am the world's best gofer 😂... man, do I have a story for you sometime... you will lyao...

I'm careful with the ibuprofen I take 3 once a day unless I don't need it at all... you're a great friend Jaime 🧡🦋💛... @MEMA Thank you Mary! You’re so kind.I really am learning to live with it. Somethings I can do and somethings I cannot. Sometimes I even managed to do the things I shouldn’t.😂Payback is a bitch though. So I try hard not to do that.Are used to take Advil for discomfort. When I had my surgery in December the doc said no more Advil. I never went back.I do take extra strength Tylenol sometimes 4 a day. Need to be careful with that as well.We have all the above in common. ♥️
