       @KorgyPS1 I think I have to be stressed out to become lucid regularly so maybe its not worth it but man im pretty good at balancing lucid dreams when they actually happen the stuff you can do there is so fun (also seems like youre more likely to have sleep paralysis visions if you abuse it too much pretty neat)

       @sement @KorgyPS1 alcohol suppresses the dream state until later phases of sleep, so it kind of super compressed all of the dreaming into the time frame where you remember it.
