The gist of it is this.There's a group of specific individuals that the Clinton Crime Cartel use/used, to frame innocent citizens, in order to achieve their criminal objectives.This team was used to frame Trump in Russiagate. Their techniques include fabricating DIGITAL evidence. For example, it seems that the ISP connecting Sergei Millian to Alfa Bank was either false, or it was a real ISP assigned fraudulently to Millian.A fake digital signature, if you will.

Not just that.The indictment suggests that Durham can prove that the key players all knew it was false. Including Sussman etc.Which raises the prospect that many of the other people this crew targeted were also having their online activity surveilled illegally - and then having fabricated evidence planted on them.This is where this gets red hot.
