       @Spaghettimon Dost test is a subjective test, I do not see issue with these images even going by the standards of it, as such they are not illegal in my eyes. They do not appear to be generated with intent, as is the standard.If the host says I need to remove them I will, but as of now I do not see them as falling under the illegal category and so I will not remove them.It is very much unlike posting photos of children with the photo directly focusing on their crotch, this is a very basic gymnastics picture.

       @Spaghettimon The photo is not sexually suggestive, if you think it is bad as well as pretty much all other gymnastics and swimsuit photos (becuase yes, we could deem those as suggestive under your standards) then block/mute the user, it is not my problem, I am dusting my hands.

       @Chizu @chronically @Iros @Spaghettimon fair enough. I can understand that from a general pro-privacy aspect. But one has to draw the line somewhere.  I find this whole intra-p war intreguing, in a kinda morbid way. If there's one view that I had that has changed since lurking/creating accounts on this "Fediverse" thing, it's that all p's think alike.

       @Aldo @chronically @Chizu @Iros @Spaghettimon what is a p? do you mean an instance admin? if there were people who came back after being banned, that was unintentional. as for refraining to call the pigs, the YL admin and I just disagree on what is legally required, that or the laws are different for them. I consulted a lawyer that told me I only have to delete.
