Everyone is in on it that’s how no one gets in trouble and why it’s lasted so long. @MadBeachBimbo @Andrii @Tinyhouse4life I am not aware of payments changing depending on drugs used. In general, you get a lump sum for a disease and payments for specific level of care(like ICU). There is probably more to it than that, but AFAIK, less is more when it comes to hospital profits…but doctors tend to be fairly far removed from billing. Billing happens by professional billers scouring doc notes for diagnoses to bill.

Physicians choose where to send their patients and go round on them in the latter. The hospital privileges are managed by committee, but not everyone on the committee is employed by hospital either. Some easily misunderstood nuances here.

@drgo It is now, just very recently for covid. It has been resisted for over a year. Ivermectin has been used in breast cancer treatment, which what I was referring to. The world should've been on Ivermectin for prophylaxis from at least april 2020. I speculate in my comment that it was not used because it cures many disease and there would be little need for the medical community if that happened. @MadBeachBimbo @Andrii

One medical advocate for a family member even wrote it on his chest when he was admitted. They did it anyway.Doesn't leave a lot of choices if you want to be assured it won't happen. If a family can do it, insist upon the monoclonal antibody treatment.

But suspect I got COVID when it first came out but viral load was minimal so it was just a sore throat for a few days.Then early this summer got Delta, it was like a bad cold, with a mild fever for a couple days. Was snotty for a week.
