       how pissed are you as a capitalist if you suffer a hostile takeover and the new ownership ends up being co-op formed specifically to take over your companynot that I have seen this happen but I would enjoy seeing this happen I think yes

       @djsundog Not the same but whenever Canadian First Nations bands wholly buy out private and/or publicly traded companies, it makes me feel fuzzy inside. There's cases of bands buying out land and mining rights from polluting megacorps with the resulting intention of banning (as landowners) all types of exploration and exploitation. Same for the recent case of the Miꞌkmaq $1B acquisition of Clearwater - which is the largest seafood corp in eastern Canada to convert it into a sustainable fishery.
