The Horowitz footnotes indicate that the CH told the FBI in July and August who was behind the Trump-Alfa connection research- the DNC and an unnamed client. Continued:But what if Durham presents evidence that while some in the FBI knew this was a political dirty trick, McCabe joined the conspiracy to cover that fact up, so that the investigation could proceed. Thatās further proof of materiality- and the conspiracy. @SusanInVA Sounds like Sussman took it to Comey/Mccabe in July/Aug & gave up his connections (who we really dont know yet), then they told sussman to take it to Baker with instructions to conceal clients, to give plausible deniability to fbi to start investigation Trial questions:a) who got the info in july/aug?b) why did sussman go to baker?c) did Baker know about A?was/is bakers actions cover? These guys are damned either way. Either they knew or sussman lied - play them off each other
