@darulharb I would emphasis to any DEM out there that the money that flowed (and as you read through just this indictment, there is a lot) came from the pockets of DEM voters who mindlessly forked over donation, and Big Tech. @KCSooner4Trump Lawyers, like anyone else, can be prosecuted for committing crimes (see, e.g. Michael Avenatti's extortion of Nike --it's not a "settlement negotiation" if you haven't filed the case yet!). Attorney-client privilege is not applicable if the client is obtaining the lawyer's services in furtherance of crime or fraud. And no, it's certainly not permissible for the attorney to act on client instructions in furtherance of criminal activity, or to initiate it.

@KCSooner4Trump One would hope that the general principle that intentionally filing a false report is a crime would be upheld in this instance, rather than being set aside under the "anything to get Trump" "rule."

@darulharb Right now my guess for Tech-Exec-1 is Eric Schmidt of Google/Alphabet. In 2016 they had just bought a large share of Crowdstrike and Schmidt was well known to be very tight with Hillary's campaign & the DNC, and was a big & rich tech person with ownership in multiple companies.
