       @tangleofsnakes I sometimes make noodles with whatever-I-happen-to-have with this base recipe. https://pinchofyum.com/lo-mein It’s good, easy and I really ought to do it more often. It’s just not in my mental set of go-to foods. Or at least isn’t yet. I think you could likely also use them for a minestrone-style soup. I do that with soup noodles, but I see no reason why you couldn’t use egg noodles.
