       [ASK] Anyone remember the guy in Canada 🇨🇦 who challenged the court to prove the existence of Covid and eventually got the local restrictions dropped?How did he manage to get the courts to prove the virus existed outside of PCR genomic “testing” and computer modelling?What legal aspect was challenged?

       @Hasheagle I couldn’t find much at the timeI’ve been looking at NZ legislation which is often quite similar to Canada’s and it’s all wushu washy. A lot of mention to using modeling for justification yadayadayada They have even put covid on the disease list which essentially gives them the free pass. Weird, since public broadcasters insist you go get tested as the virus can be mistaken for a common cold including a runny nose. Usually symptoms indicate the severity of a disease

       @BlueDouche I thought that was the case, couldn’t they have argued the pcr test shows the existence of the virus, therefore justifying the measures.I mean it wouldn’t be hard to argue they are not diagnostic/testing tools as they aren’t designed for that use.I assume he expected that the medical science of Canada to prove they had isolated the virus?

       @tenthman But the PCR test doesn't "Isolate" the virus; it only looks for a part of the DNA chain; which COULD WELL BE PRESENT IN MANY OTHER VIRUSES (hint-hint; this is why the inventor of the PCR test came-out against it being used to test for COVID)

       @tenthman Yes, he required them to prove that they had isolated the virus, and they couldn't do it.Even the PCR Test isn't Govt Medical Ministry/FDA Approved, it's Emergency Use Authorized, just like the coof-shots.The whole damn thing is a giant house of cards; not anything legally solid, nor defenseable.
