       Forgot that I saved the best for last: just updated my apple id email address... have to say, I won't regret leaving the apple ecosystem behind. With convenience comes incredible switching costs. I haven't been using 99% of their services for the majority of my apple user lifetime, so it's not a big deal. But if you do, trust me, it will take a lot of work to get out from under apple's umbrella.

       @pyre35 Hehe, I never had apple stuff, so I don't have any, but I can understand it, it's always a big hassle switching big things like that.

       @joeligj12 and also, this brings up a good long term goal: get rid of my iphone, and use a different OS on my mac... Not going to throw away a perfectly good machine, but yes, should use another OS
