The abuse so many have suffered such as Caroline the Catholic journalist (I know she was harassed with TRAs turning up at her house and her husband's parish, writing terrible stuff online about her children etc.). I know Joe Biden voted for the Iraq war and was a massive cheerleader in pushing the war. Iirc, the only goal of that organization was to remove Trump from office. He figured out the best thing to do was help people participate more politically, first. In it, Lawrence O'Donnell, who was a Dem strategist, said the Dems have no incentive to change if they believe they only have to be marginally better than the Repubs. That we will always vote for them as the lesser of two evils. (Or the evil of two lessers, as Michael Moore puts it.) O'Donnell himself, who now stans for the Dems every night on MSNBC, said years ago, these people (the Dems) are horrible, vicious people.I've gotten suckered into the "lesser of two evil" thing more times than I care to recall. This time I voted for Biden because Trump really is so egregious. But I don't know how much longer I can put up with this shit. We have to figure out some other way to move our issues - massive civil disobedience, something.BTW, some in the Terf Collective are suggesting that the Greens should be the feminist option because they are small enough that we could have a massive influx and take it over.
