@wolf480pl What did you miss in "opportunism"?Also, it would not work with all merch: a car is too many deps and cost and time/to produce. Car industry would probably be the victim too.You could reduce a supply chain yield (operating cost) of components while increasing the product cost.It's not like war economic was just a movie pitch.Is COVID crisis wiping off all greed from human behavior?

So a long-term-greedy company would be wise to not do it like this.
