@REX I could see that if this was an electric cart hit by gunfire, the battery could well have cooked off (runaway Li-ion combustion due to penetrating damage), but I don't know how the apparent meter LED (at right, next to the two-tone TAXI sign) would still be lit (unless there's a second battery).
