       @SusanInVA @redwhitebluedude complaint contends that Terry McAuliffe, ... filed a Declaration of Candidacy with the SBE without his required signature in violation of Virginia Code § 24.2-520. However, the Declaration does include signatures from two individuals claiming that they witnessed McAuliffe sign the Declaration despite his signature appearing nowhere on the face of the document. As a result, McAuliffe’s Declaration should have been rejected by the SBE and Department of Elections.

       @EarlThePearls @redwhitebluedudeYes there are 2 lawsuits and the VA GOP site has all the details. The document much be signed. Has happened before in VA Late docs not allowed which is similar.Let's see what happens.

       @redwhitebluedude @EarlThePearls Yes Red, I think good chance. There was no signature for the 2 witnesses to certify. It is VA Law that it must be signed Code 25.2-520 + broke multiple provisions of constitution and laws. SBE violated VA Code 24.2-504 & 24.2-512-538.Declaration of Candidacy must be declared illegally insufficient & McAwful DQ'd from appearing on general ele ballot. Also suit(s) request injustice relief stopping SBE from printing McAwful on any ballots this Nov Gen Election.🤞
