       Not jazzed about the much smaller audio indicator on Firefox tabs now. Extremely displeased that it's fucking hitbox is now half the size of the goddamn tab.So if I want to mute a tab I'm invited to waste time trying to click a smaller target. If I want to return to the tab, "fuck you it's muted, now the thing you're trying to pay attention to is playing and you can't hear it, I hope it wasn't a live stream because you're gonna have to rewind a bit."

       There was a time when UX awareness was not much of a thing. Before that time, I never felt like the designers actively hated me. There's Sibelius, which is clearly a product of UI programmers that don't know how/cba to delete items from their bespoke linked list implementation, and then there's Firefox, a hate crime against accessibility, yet if you complain within earshot of a Mozillian, you will get verbally abused¹ for not having drunk their² brand of Kool-Aid.

       @rook i never want to unmute Discord. ever. their audio notifications are the worst thing every because they are completely decorrelated from anything i want to pay attention to, yet i can neever switch to it without unmuting. it's hell.

       @gzt Kinda wish I could mute whole sites, but if I had to pick one... yeah.Discord notifications are insane. I have everything muted (and "muted" in the discord sense too) because otherwise it's a sea of notifications and message counts and it's basically constant white noise. Like, dude... no. I've been invited to install toolbars that were less obnoxious.
