       My mom's Bishop announced in church on Zoom a couple of weekends ago around the time that the 1st announcement was made that they are no longer allowed to do Zoom meetings for sacrament meeting bc they "need to come to church in person now, we're not doing that anymore" unless they give him a "legitimate excuse" for why they still need it. My mom sent him an email saying "uh, my excuse is a global pandemic?!" with no response. They didn't send out the weekly link before church yesterday.This is a small town where my mom is. Guess that bishop doesn’t realize that his power is entirely fictional.My mom quit the church.
