tbh I was expecting that and initially wanted to try getting an ASRock Thunderbolt 3 AIC R2.0 that is in the supported list... but this is out of stock since march everywhere sadly

Anyway this card looks way too cute and even have debug pins marked... kind of considering poking it a bit and look into supported motherboard BIOS now

@mary I think if this was TB3 you could get incompatible motherboards to work by moving the Force_PWR1 jumper from 2-3 to 1-2 and then not hooking up the cable to the mobo, maybe TB4 is the same?

@leo oh I tried to move it to 1-2 but not disconnecting the cable, I should try that tomorrow I guess
