Bittersweet Day ... Grandson's FIRST day of kindergarten.We've kept him weekdays since birth because our daughter and son in law both work.Now we won't be doing that any more.We're gonna miss the little guy.

@DeWalt ultimately, as parents/grandparent that's all we can do: the best we can while we have the opportunity.then, we send 'em out and pray the values we tried to instill took root and will steer them in the right direction as they navigate the world around them.

@BCPaladin @Linnie @Lonestar Already did that with my children, now I have to do it again?Oh well, I'm comfortable with the fact that this boy would rather spend his time at our house than his own. He's been around us, on the same property, all but the last few months of his life. He knows where we are when he goes through that "running away from home" phase. 👍
