       The Afghan Pullout seems so fast - just like the rise of ISIS - that I have to wonder if it was staged. (And because I’m usually last to the party on these things, it probably was staged.) The observation on the last No Agenda Show that Afghanistan has a role to play in the Belt and Road Initiative is the key that makes sense of it all; ISIS was created to have an excuse to go bother Syria, and I think it will be shown we are behind this Taliban resurgence too.
