@watch4thedrop I have found a physician that is not owned by a large corporation, independent, and is open to alternative medicines such as ivermectin and hydroxy. I'll be switching to her practice in October and will be leaving the practice I've been at for 10 yrs, that has gotten too large, impersonal and the NP too forgetful. When you are younger and healthy, it's not as important but at my age, it is.

@stephanieanne Hopefully the supply chains catch up by then. No one really ever uses this drug so the current supply is low to begin with. Find a pharmacy that deals with cardinal health for their wholesaler. The manufacturer seems to only be allocating their supply to that company.

@watch4thedrop I was told that if someone needs that drug it has to come from a compounding pharmacy and the closest one for us is in Williamsbug, 30 miles from here. No problem.

@EPL16 @ThomasWic Beautifully put. There's no reason to distrust the medical community as a whole based on fauci. How many people will die searching for that 2nd or 3rd opinion because somebody on a podcast on youtube said something different from the MD/Pharm D who's been taking care of them for 10-20 years? This will be a problem for a long time to come.

@stephanieanne nah, we aren't a compounding pharmacy. It's just a regular tablet. Should be carried by any pharmacy that can get their hands on it. I ordered a good 10 boxes before it went out of stock.

@watch4thedrop @EPL16 @ThomasWic My 89 year old dad is like that. Got a rash? Google or WebMD. Headache? Same search. Dizzy spell? Again, online search. I get on him all the time for that. I had a strange vertigo episode with eyes darting back and forth uncontrollably. After it settled down, I did ask my FB MS support group if anyone experienced anything similar, but I called the doctor, too! I went Thursday. All is good.

@watch4thedrop I hate the vertigo spells.The darting eyes scared me, never had that happen before. I had to try to stare at a fixed point before it settled down. Thought I was having a MS flareup.Doc called it Nystagmus. I was even showing signs of it in the exam room, but I didn't know it. Usually an inner ear issue, according to Doc.Possibly MS related, but was told all is good now.Big relief. 🙂
