       Well, it's all over kiddies.I had my fun being unemployed, drunk and extremely online.It's back to the salt mines tomorrow and then I have to plan for my homies funeral.Going to take days to get back to Texas.Once @josh returns from his well earned vacation I'll be back to challenge him to make the weight loss bit a community event.How cool would it be if we collectively lost a dozen Guntermensch?

       @Distolero @josh That's dank dude.  What have you been doing different? Dropping carbs and cycling is my plan until Winter hits.Then it will just be about calorie counting.I'm not sure if you keep up with the Farms, but Ethan Ralph decided a one on one weight loss challenge with Mr Moon is too much to ask. So it would be really fucking dank for us to spite him by losing weight together and measuring success by the number if Ralph's we can shed

       @Distolero @josh Intermittent fasting is wicked solid, just for the overall caloric reduction.I've heard hard fasting increases test production, but need to study more.I quit my republicuck job and am moving to a warehouse, so hopefully I can get some gains on the clock
